This hotel is new and well kept. The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful, speak many languages. The rooms are fantastic. Comfortable, spacious. The bathrooms are new and work perfectly. You even get complimentary slippers. The breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Has pretty much everything. Plus they actually brew you a fresh coffee when you arrive(or tea of you want). Location is perfect. Walked to all the sites east of the river and west of the train station. Colosseum is literally a 10 – 15 min walk. We only had to take the metro to the Vatican because it’s further away. Also a 5 min drive in taxi to the train station. From there you can go to the airport or pretty much anywhere else! This hotel was great. Comfortable, nice people and an awesome breakfast to get you ready for the morning. Oh… And Internet worked just fine too! The only very minor issue was some people outside singing Italian songs(like karaōke maybe?) into the night… Maybe up until 11pm-midnight. We weren’t bothered by it because we were up a little late(jet lag). But I can see how that may bother some. Anyway! Would come back to this same hotel if I were going back to Rome!

Stayed at both the Rome Life Hotel and their sister Rome Times Hotel(located around the corner) during recent stay in Rome. Both hotels have identical modern décor, breakfast service, amenities, renovated rooms. Complimentary snacks and water/soda/juice provided(small fridges in each room). There was a safe provided that was large enough for laptop computer. Wi-fi was free and reliable. Breakfast was also provided daily; the spread was amazing and delicious — eggs, bacon, sausage, meats, cheeses, freshly baked bread and pastries, cereal, pancakes, fresh vegetables and fruit, cappucino/espresso, etc. Rome Life Hotel had large rooms with king size beds. Fabulous bathroom with tub and rain shower, toilet and bidet. Rome Life Hotel was on a quieter street than the Romes Times. It was also quieter in the rooms as at the Romes Times there was a bar in the lobby and the noise carried up the stairway. Rome Life was pricier than Rome Times($ 75 increase). Would rate the Rome Times a 4 star and Rome Life 5 star. Both hotels are centrally located near major tourist attractions and the train station, but in a quieter neighborhood away from the tourist and bar crowds.

[ October 2015 ] Friendly service in a great neighborhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. There is a subway station 4 blocks away and plenty of bus service in the area. Add comfortable, spacious rooms on top of all of this, and Rome Life Hotel is a great place to stay.
