Rome in Limo

We had Enrico, he was very punctual and knowledgeable! He was so sweet and was just excellent!!! Rome in limo made our trip to Europe extra fabulous! This is the only tour we did in Rome and we are glad we went with this company. Thank you Enrico!

What an awesome tour guide! So glad we saw Rome with this tour company. Rolando shared so much history of this great city while showing us all the sights. He also hooked our group up with an astounding restaurant which had the best pizza and ravioli I have ever had in life. I am still dreaming about that meal! I can’t say enough good things about this tour company. I will certainly spread the word.

We are so happy we choose this company to show us around Rome. Our driver, Stefan, picked us up at the airport, and drove us to all of the key locations we wanted to see prior to taking us to the ship for our cruise. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Our guide at the Vatican, Marco, was also great. We learned so much about the Vatican, Sistine Chapel. Would definitely use this company again.

I cannot imagine touring Italy without the guides and drivers from Rome in Limo. Everyone was prompt, courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. We used them for guides of Lucca, Pisa, and Rome. They brought along books, iPads, maps and numerous references to supplement their guide. The cars are immaculate and new. The drivers and guides truly care about their what was important to us and customized each day and what we wanted to see and do.
If you’re touring Pisa and Lucca, ask for Elizabeth who is outstanding and lots of fun
If you’re touring Rome ask for Francesco who is full of energy and loves his city
If you’re touring the Vatican and St. Peters ask for Alessandro who is an archeologist and has a wealth of knowledge to share
If you’re touting the Coliseum and Forum ask for Sarah who is brilliant and fun

Best tour company ever! After a tour with Rome in Limo you feel like you have family in Italy. I highly recommend this company. Jany and Duman are professionals that deliver an amazing product. I find it very very hard to believe that ANY company can compare to or beat Rome in Limo! They ARE WONDERFUL! Don’t get me wrong. if something I pay for is not right, I’m not afraid to give negative feedback where deserved. But in the case of Rome in Limo, my husband and I cannot say enough good things! They are awesome!
Jany and Duman are super and will help you organize any tours you wish to have. We had Rome in Limo for two days of our 7 day European trip… wow, I wish we had used them more! They absolutely MADE our trip the fabulous time it was!
We had tours from them in both Rome and Florence. The two tour guides we had were amazing! Knowledgeable, funny, courteous, efficient, on time, just made our visit A+++. The cost was really low considering the special, personal treatment one gets… being in a comfortable Limo with chilled water available. Said limos being able to go on all the streets in Florence and Rome, to places the big tour buses are not able. The guides took us exactly where we wanted to go, got us advance tickets to certain museums and sites, and arranged for us to have an excellent tour guide when we toured the Vatican in Rome!
I have severe arthritis and mobility issues. Our drivers made sure to drop me off at the closest spots to the places we were seeing. One afternoon, we had lunch at a café in Florence… and it started to rain while we were in the restaurant. Our limo was parked about 1 block away (as close as Fabrizio could get)… I was shocked when Fabrizio came in to the restaurant, and brought each of the four of us an umbrella for our walk back to the car!!!

We stayed in Rome for a long weekend, and to spare our feet we booked a private chauffeur for a day. We booked an all-​day-​sightseeing (meaning 09 – 17) and we do not regret it! Even if it is a bit pricy, it is worth every cent. Staying a long weekend in Rome trying to do everything by foot is crazy! That will kill your feet!
We had Franco guiding us and Federico driving. RomeInLimo thinks of everything — bottles of water for you, mobile phone to call for pickup when you are done seeing a sight and they also took us to the best restaurant you can imagine for lunch! They really care for you to see all the sights, even if you are behind schedule they make sure you’ll get to see everything. And don’t be afraid to express your own wishes!
To use this service one of the first days in Rome was a great tip we got from a reviewer at another site, that way you can return by yourself for the sights you missed or want to see again. Also, buy the tickets in advance for Sistine Chapel, Colosseum and Palantino Hill. It will save you valuable time. Unfortunately it is not possible to save time the same way going up in the St Peter’s Dome. (Queuing and climbing can take 60 mins)
Bare in mind that Colosseum, Palantino, Sistine, St Pete’s dome eats time from your paid service. Consider skipping a few of them and visit them another day by foot.
Pros: Outstanding service! Many laughs!
Cons: They accept only cash, which is a bit annoying (carrying that much cash). The car is not really a limo, but I believe you see more from the van than from a limo :)
