Great hotel, very nice location. Less than 10min walk from the subway, and many very good restaurants nearby. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get to the main tourists attractions via train or taxi. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and was made fresh every morning. They had a daily happy hour from 7pm to 11pm, with several free appetizers. The hotel room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We would to send a special thanks to Fabio, Enrico, Giacomo and Nems for their warm welcome and professionalism during our stay.

Taking a star off only for the location. Since it is not close enough to the city center and in a very residential area. This however might just be a matter of personal preference. Otherwise the hotel was very comfortable, staff were very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the daily breakfast as well. Heater in the room was noisy but not a deal-breaker for me. Definitely recommend if you are ok with taking a train/bus to get to the more interesting part of the city.

A great little hotel in a quiet part of Rome. Clean and comfortable, with a friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is included and is excellent. Lots of choices of juices, cereals, fruit, and pastries. Meat, cheese, and scrambled eggs too. Not a lot of hot food. But lots of coffee and tea. If you’re leaving early to go on a tour or something before the breakfast room opens, then tell them the night before and they will prepare a bag breakfast for you to take. An excellent and very welcome touch. The WiFi is solid. The TV’s work. The bathroom is modern and water pressure is great. The windows have metal shutters that work by a switch. AC is adequate. We looked out on a bare wall but it wasn’t unpleasant. The bed was comfortable and firm. Extra pillows and blankets in wardrobe. Oddly, our wardrobe didn’t have a bar in it to hang clothes from. Rather, it had hooks. Our friends’ wardrobe did so go figure. A free safe in the room. Use it. Elevator. In the evening, you can meet other guests while munching on free snacks and order wine or cocktails in the lounge area. The person running that service, I believe his name is Nam, is very friendly and a great guy. He prepared a tray of tea for us to take to our room whenever we asked. He threw in some of his homemade cookies too. It is a small walk to the Metro or bus. Very convenient. And quiet too. There is also a small museum with some memorabilia from WWII in their garden area. I always meant to go in but was always too tired after a day out. There is a small workout area on the roof where you can also lounge around on. But no food according to the signs. A nice view up there. And I believe the whole hotel is non-smoking. YES! We had a great time. I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

I suggest you read the reviews at Trip Advisor, because there are 745 reviews and this hotel is #15 out of thousands of Rome hotels. The beds are comfortable and immaculate. No unsightly bed spread, extra blankets are available at the front desk. A decent size armoire to store your clothes. Clean bathrooms, fluffy just-right pillows. Flat screen TVs with CNN and Sky News in English. Very nice and helpful staff, as we were on a first name basis with all of them! Probably the best«amenity» is the free all-you-can-eat continental breakfast with enough yummy food to get your long day of sightseeing off to a great start. Unlimited espressos and cappuchinos. We probably saved $ 30 Euros per day with this little perk, because it kept us going until 1:45 pm, when we’d order a late lunch at the Momart café or at Ristorante Sante, then just skip dinner altogether. Did I mention the free hors’d’ouves and sampler entrée in the hotel lobby in the evenings? I really enjoyed Nam’s culinary creations, and despite not ordering a single drink, we made sure he got a brand new«Sacramento Kings» backpack at the end of our visit. Usually, my favorite part of any vacation is coming home. This is the ONLY time that I was sad to leave a hotel.
