I love the location for this hotel and the staff. however that would be it. Since the hotel is located so close to the Vatican, it is noisy at night and early morning due to traffic, trash removal, and pedestrians. The cleaning crew starts very early also… so if you’re sick be prepared to be woken up early. The buffet was mediocre because the juices were served warm and the meat platters weren’t covered. I stuck with just toast. The bedrooms are 2 star worthy. The shower is incredibly tiny and the bed is not comfortable. The walls are thin and the windows do not prevent any noise from coming in. You could probably have a conversation with someone on the streets from your bed. I would only recommend this hotel if you like being centrally located to the Vatican and a few other sights.

Lots of noise especially a t4−6 am as there is this busy alleyway in the back that all the room seem to face. Wife got sick off the breakfast buffet.(Limited options at breakfast by the way.) small room smaller bathrooms(had to stop the shower and open the door to reach my legs to lather well). Bring electricity converter obviously. Close to Vatican. All restaurants here are tourist traps so nothing really authentic. Step outside the hotel and everyone is bothering you to but a tour of some sort. Happy hour from 4:30 to 8 but limited and not impressive, and still pricey for«happy hour»(10 euros for a glass of prosecco??). Wouldn’t stay here again unless the rate was less than 50USD a night.
