It was my first Unilocal group dinner. All together we were 00 Unilocal agents and we had to review the restaurant still unknown for the Unilocal system without being uncovered as Unilocalers. I hope we could reality manage it. Pantelleria cuisine restaurant is definitely not a common thing you find in Rome. The menu is fish based with plenty types of pasta and main dishes. Starters are marinated fish, aubergine ragu, seafood salad and typical mix. For the first course we tried ravioli, pasta with pantellerian pesto and pasta with shrimps and I can say everything was delicious. The second course was not so heavy as we were already plenty with starters and pasta, but we couldn’t not to try tuna with sweet and sour sauce. IMHO it was oversalted but it is just a matter of taste, the quality was still good. Not my favorite type of sweets, too heavy. Let’s say semi freddo is the only thing I really can advise you to try without doubts. All in all great experience. My rating is 5 out of 5.
