I am glad I did not see the previous review before we stopped in. The restaurant we wanted to go to want closed for lunch so we started walking towards the Vatican and stumbled across this gem. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was not busy at 13:00. We had the choice of outside on the balcony or inside. We chose outside since it was a beautiful day but towards the end of the meal it was starting to get a bit warm out there. The food was wonderful. I had the Red Mullet, woodsman style(thin tomato sauce), my husband had the rabbit, hunters style with the liver and heart included and my son had the mixed pasta dish. His was by far the best of the three but the other two were were wonderfully flavorful. We paired it with a Northern Italy chardonnay and shared a melon tiramisu for dessert.

Very bad experience :-( We stopped by, the place was busy, we wanted the terrace but since it was full we have been invited to wait 30 to 60 minutes, no problem : Returned from our close by flat, and our table had been given to someone else ! Why not, after all, they could not be 100% sure that we would have come back. They dressed up another table that had just finished. We sat down then we waited a good 20 minutes with the waitress passing by over and over started worrying about us. Order was finally passed; So did an additional 30 to 50 minutes, and still no food. I asked the blond waitress who showed some arrogance. She said she wasn’t superman. I complained to the front reception and the young men apologized(he really felt bad). One dish was finally served before the other, we then decided to leave the placed. Went to Beere(like the previous evening), no surprises, simply awesome, I just left a review there too …) We were treated gracefully with many smiles from every one there.
