My sentiments toward the food, the ambiance, the overall experience was a resounding meh. Either I was excruciatingly hungry or the wait time was excruciatingly long between ordering and eating. When the starters arrived — a platter of fried goodies(suppli, fried vegetables, fried cheese) — it felt like an eternity had passed. After a few bites, my mood elevated. Our pizzas arrived shortly after the fried platter vanished. I ordered the broccoli and sausage and was not thrilled. The crust was thinner than most place’s. My SO’s porcini and sausage pizza was a better choice and I had the better half of it. We ended with tiramisu, zoccolette, and cake. My tiramisu was decent, but I don’t expect it to stay in memory for long. Overall, nothing out of the ordinary, but no complaints either.
