A little off the beaten path but defiantly worth a stop if you’re looking for a great meal in Rome. We started with an order of falafel and lentil sambusa. Each were freshly fried and the best of their respective variety that I have ever had. Then we shared the doro wot and vegetarian combination. The whole meal was extremely flavorful and an excellent value in a city where overpaying is easy. To top it all off, the owners were extremely kind and called us a cab back to our hotel after the long walk to the restaurant. Overall excellent experience!

Tucked away in a more urban area of Rome, this food was a great break from European cuisine. Great service, EXTREMELY friendly waiter and cook that talked to us. Fluent in English, great flavorful, authentic food. Much recommended. Very reasonable price as well, my cousin and I were stuffed for 29 euros
