This pizzeria has lots of potential, however some things have to be improved in order to gain more stars. The place is quite small, but still comfortable and while not everyone might enjoy its design, I didn’t mind it. There is a good selection of appetizers and pizzas, and the ingredients used are of excellent quality. You might wonder then why I chose to only assign the place only 3 stars. Mainly it’s because of two reasons: First it’s the service, which is quite inadequate for the job. I had to wait 40 minutes just for the appetizers as they forgot to actually confirm the order and send it to the kitchen, and while they apologized and offered me an additional appetizer, it’s strange that during all that time no one wondered how I still did not get any food. Note also that it was not during the weekend and the place was half empty. Secondly I think that the prices are quite high even when compared to other pizzerias in Rome. Overall I think that while the food is very good, there’s still much to learn from them about service, and it wouldn’t be so bad if they would lower the prices.
