Too bad, I was super excited for some Mexican food, but this was more like microwave food. The margarita was excellent, but the food was just embarrassing. Having a close relationship with Mexico, I was very disappointed. Not only was the food NOT Mexican, but it was SO expensive. The guacamole was 12euros! The«burritos» plate which consisted of 2 little tortillas over some half melted cheese and ground meat, and NOT wrapped I think was around 10 – 13 euros. The nachos were made with very bad imitation cheese, had no beans and while the sauces(salsa, sour cream and guac) were delicious, the plate was 10euros and was NOT worth it. Needless to say I unfortunately won’t be going back. Also, as soon as the owner came in it was a stress-fest. Everyone was running around like it was a full house, but here were maybe 4 – 5 tables booked and many empty, it didn’t make for a nice dining experience and it was really weird that they were running around, grabbing our plates as soon as we put our forks down and for what seemed like no good reason. It’s a spacious restaurant, well decorated and could be great for parties, but I’d never bring friends here due to the prices and the poor quality of the food. Conclusion: Overpriced Not quality food Nice and spacious room, plus outdoor seating Great margarita I hope Italians don’t think this is Mexican food.

Folks, this is the worst restaurant I’ve eaten at in my life-time. The owner and wife are very arrogant and hands down have the worst customer service. My family and I were vacationing recently in Rome and decided to have some«Mexican» food. Well, when we first entered for dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant b/c we came a little early. The owner would not turn the A/C on even though it was extremely hot in the restaurant. The waitress and her assistant were very nice though. We had ordered food and we waited for almost 40 minutes before my order came out. Apparently, they had forgotten the order??? I had ordered tacos carbon and he brought out enchiladas w/beef??? They had accidentally used ketchup, yes ketchup, as the sauce and he did not believe me… then he and wife got into an argument in front of us over the order. I would not recommend anyone to eat at this place. Their are many restaurants in Rome that you would enjoy and receive at least par service. I didn’t eat any portion of my meal and the owner still charged me full price for something that they messed up on and I received 40 minutes later. I ended up paying the whole bill and just left disgusted! I would honestly think twice before going to this place. Maybe they could learn a thing or two from our«Southern U.S. hospitality».
