Our hotel had an advertisement for Lasagnam, we decided to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is cute and food was good and not pricy at all, also there was a very nice and friendly greeter/server guy who explained to us how to order and answered all our questions. Wish we had a Lasagnam in Las Vegas.

Our trip was June 2015 Our goal was to try out a different restaurant each meal. So we came across this place which was on the same street that we were staying at. The restaurant itself is pleasing to the eyes. They have tables and they have booths. We chose to sit at a booth. As we ordered, we had a bit of a communication problem and the young man behind the counter lacked a bit on his customer service skills. The food prices were ok. They seemed to be a bit on the high side considering this was not a typical elegant restaurant and it was not near a major touristic area. The quality of the food was not spectacular. The meat and cheese platter tasted like cheap quality food — dry crumbly, and tasteless. We also ordered the Calamari plate. It was better than the other plate we ordered. The beer/wine is overpriced. Overall, if I were to ever come back to Rome and stay in the same area, I might come back to this restaurant. We would just try another couple of dishes just to give them a second chance. I was debating between 2 – 3 stars, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. TIP They do have a restroom, so use it before you leave.

Like many Americans who don’t appreciate anything other than crap, maybe ‘John C’ thinks that the ‘Burger King’(fa schiffo!) next door is a better and healthier alternative than something that is not processed and loaded with chemicals. I had the Meatballs della nonna and they were excellent! The manager(owner) could not have been nicer and I would KILL to have something as great as LasaGnam in the United States! I would put some of their dishes up against many Italian Restaurants in Chicago, even some of the touristy places I ate at in Rome believe it or not! Grazie mille per tutto! Le polpete della nonna erano buonissimi!

(Stomach grumbling) Decided to pop in here because it was close to the hotel and had decent reviews on Unilocal.Take a good look at the menu photos and then compare that to what ends up on your plate. If you like a big blob of flavorless melted cheese with a tiny amount of pasta, this is your place. If you’re really young and are not health conscious, you will probably enjoy it. If you are even a little health conscious and avoid junk food, I would not recommend eating here. It’s neither authentic or flavorful and the presentation literally seems like they just pulled the little containers right out of the microwave. Ordering is similar to any fast food establishment where you walk up to a counter, look at the menu on the wall behind the attendant and then make your order. They give you a plastic tray, plastic bag of plastic utensils, your drink in a paper cup and then later comes the blob of melted cheese. Do yourself a favor and keep walking past this place.
