You get what you … Choose? It’s clearly a tourist trap. Just know that going in and have your expectations appropriately adjusted and you won’t be upset. I mean, do you honestly expect to get authentic Italian at a place playing Little Richard for background music? It’s not terrible and it’s not terribly over-priced.

The proximity to a tourist attraction(Colosseum) should have been a clue but we were hungry — note to self to check reviews next time. This is pretty much«Westernized» Italian food — the kind you would get at a mediocre Italian restaurant in Toronto. The décor is eccentric — 50s-60s American rock-n-roll influenced and very distinctly un-Italian. Menu was extensive which seemed promising at first, but flipping through you realize that it’s basically like any basic chain restaurant back home — a hundred different kinds of cuisines all over the place. Food was nothing to write home about — the salmon risotti I got tasted decent, but was extremely heavy. My girlfriend got a seafood platter, which was dry and tasteless and had more shrivelled vegetables than actual seafood. Service was also below average — waiters seemed indifferent and it took way too long to put our orders in. One of our companions got a burger that he really enjoyed, so I suppose they do Western-style items better than Italian food. If that’s what you’re looking for, this place is serviceable. Otherwise, I would avoid.

Tourist trap for sure. Avoid. The menu is all over the place with burgers, pasta and basmati rice(?!?). It was bizarre. Décor is like an American diner which should’ve given us a clue but we were hungry — big mistake.

Is rear when I post a Unilocal review. But I couldn’t hold back regarding this place. Horrible service. Don’t ever go there. We had to ask the waiter/waitress multiple times to order beer. We were there for over an hour and no one took our order for food. We finally had enough. I asked the waitress for our tab & I noticed they charge us gratuity of 20%! I then asked for my change & she mock me. Service is plain horrible.

Barry White??? Oh, well, what can my husband say. The drinks are good. I like the ambiance and my hubby ordered a steak. I will tell you later what he thinks. Per hubby it was okay.

We went in for late night food and it is a cool trendy spot to get a bite to eat. The quality of food is nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done when nothing else is open. We ordered a sandwich that took a really long time to come out and was just ok with flavor. We also got fries which were basic and then cheesecake which was too much crust and topping and not enough actual cheesecake. Service wasn’t terrible but not fabulous. The interior is decorated great and it has a really good vibe to it. Don’t plan to be impressed, but keep it open as an option for a late night bite.

Don’t let the exterior fool you! The bf was suffering from jet lag and woke us up at 2:30 am because he was hungry. Thank goodness for Unilocal! The place was within walking distance from our hotel, which was a huge plus! From the outside, the place looks like your typical hole in the wall bar with tacky decorations inside. At 3 am, they were playing many oldies that we were just singing along with! The menu is a little overwhelming as well but the food was fantastic! The bf got a pizza and I had the shrimp scampi. Keep in mine, I’m not the biggest fan of pizzas but this was so good! Just taking a bite, you can already taste the flavors before even chewing! My shrimp scampi was absolutely amazing! So flavorful! The linguine was cooked perfectly and the sauce was just fantastic! You can taste the flavors of the shrimp with every bite! This little hole in the wall had better food than the nice little restaurants we’ve been to for a quarter of the price. Oh, and a little tip, after midnight, there is a 20% service charge! Well worth for us! We had two apps, 4 non alcoholic beverages and two entres, and the total bill was still a quarter of our fancy dinners the night before!

Great and fun place for a late night dinner. It was probably one of the most alive places around the area. Great music & especially great décor… music memorabilia everywhere. Great drink menu… I loved the bellini. Beer was great too must given in a smaller than usual mug. Pizza was delizioso!
