Atmosphere was authentic, although menu and servers were English speaking :). The pizza was delicious and they were not too pushy on the specials! We got some beer and pizza — why could go wrong? It was awesome! Desert was cool too!

Just grab takeaway at this lovely neighborhood spot. Very friendly and personable staff … They Speak English — for those of us from USA visiting. They were happy to accommodate a special pizza request. Great thin crust and fresh toppings. Great sauce. Also tried the stuffed zucchini blossoms … Stuffed with mild anchovies… YUM! Beautiful décor and very comfortable … And lovely outdoor seating. We will be back on our next trip to Rome!

Comfortable. Great service. Good food. I had the carbonara. It tasted good and was beautifully plated.

On our second night in Rome we went to Il Tempio on the recommendation of our host. This is a quaint roadside open air restaurant, and it was very busy. So busy that I think the service suffered a bit. We ordered bruschetta and several pasta dishes. I had spaghetti carbonara which was very good. My daughter’s gnocchi was served in a bowl with a marinara sauce. While the flavor of the gnocchi casserole? was good, the pasta itself was kind of gummy and clumped together. I have never seen gnocchi served this way. Overall a good reasonably priced neighborhood restaurant. Not sure I would go out of may way to eat there again, only because of other options in the area that we enjoyed more.

We visited this place and initially felt welcome. However, we soon were mostly ignored, received only half the food we ordered(which was too salty), and had to wait over one hour for our bill to finally arrive after we asked. Would not go to this restaurant again.

Horrible service! I went with a group of three American girls and it was obvious that they neglected our table. We received our food cold, our appetizer after our meal, and no free limoncello shot after our meal. Other tables that were seated after us received their food first and all received a complimentary shot. The food was good but if you are an American do not visit this establishment, you are obviously not welcome.
