This is my first one star review I have given. So I guess I should explain that the customer service was horrible, the gelato was distasteful, and they have me the wrong flavors I asked for. Of course I realized this after I was halfway down the block. It is also more expensive than any of the other nicer gelato places I have gone.

The gelato here was by far our favorite compared to the many different gelato shops around the city. The consistency and flavors were velvety and flavorful. The owner greeted us promptly and was very friendly suggesting which flavor to try.
