Location: Via Nazionale, a short walk from Repubblica. Shoes: They have a vast selection of footwear, the majority of which is beautiful. You can tell simply by looking at the shoes that they’re top quality, and most are made in Italy. I bought a pair of beautiful flat sandals that were made in Spain. Is this a huge deal? No, I should have checked the label — but regardless, they are high quality. Service: I’ve given up on getting good service here. Honestly, I think that if you’re not native to Rome or Italy, you automatically have a scarlet T on your forehead. You can speak to them in Italian and do cartwheels while you’re at it — they don’t give a crap. Anyway, the guy who served me could barely force a smile and barely said five words. Apparently service declines on Sundays. OK then. Price point: I would say that their prices are on par with what you pay in a North America for a pair of high end shoes. Except the quality here, is probably ten times better.
