This feels like a restaurant you could find in NYC or London, offering a modern take on the Roman cooking. The interior is also modern and airy. The staff is young. Despite the €€€ rating, it was actually ridiculously cheap, two courses set menu for € 25. There’s also a 3-course option for € 35, but despite covering 14 miles on foot that day, we could only eat two courses — those are not just delicious, but decent size as well.
