Great little café in Rome off the Campo Fiori. Veal meatballs were great. Paired with a glass of excellent Primativo. My wife had they pasta with ham and a white sauce that was fantastic. They had the added bonus of having some artisan/craft beers. Great ambiance either outside or in. It’s a win. I will definitely be back.

We were the first customers in the restaurant and still the service was sporadic and indifferent. Especially noticeable as the next group, middle-aged locals, had all three service staff at their beck and call immediately. Shabby-chic interior also somewhat dated. However great location in terms of the ambience of the urban space outside and, yes, the food was tasty if slightly on the pricey side. Hope this realism acts as a useful counterbalance to the other(rave) reviews.

Die Lage ist toll. Etwas abgelegen auf einem kleinen Platz. Dort sind noch andere Bars/Restaurants und ab etwa 19:00 Uhr füllt sich der Außenbereich jedes Restaurants mit Gästen und es kommen im Rahmen eines Abends bestimmt 4 Stassenmusikanten vorbei. Die Musik passt in der Regel gut zum essen und ist nicht aufdringlich. Nachdem man einen Platz gefunden hat wird man recht schnell bedient. Die Beratung zur Weinauswahl ist wirklich gut, die Vorspeisen richtig lecker(sehr zu empfehlen sind die normalen Oliven für 3 €!) und die beiden Nudelgerichte von uns waren auch sehr lecker(ca 10 €-13 €). Eine große Karaffe mit Mineralwasser haben wir sogar kostenlos dazu erhalten. Kleine Anmerkung: Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Gästetoiletten sind diese in diesem Lokal sehr sauber und haben alles was man von einer Toilette erwartet(insbesondere einen Toilettensitz ;)) Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Laden den wir uns sehr gerne merken werden falls wir mal wieder in Rom sind!
