Con. Senso run by Vinicio is a cool place to cut your hair. This is not a place for the common tourist but more for the expat living in Rome. One reason is that the location of the shop is not at the center of Rome, but more to the north. Reservation is recommended. Sometimes, once every few months you can find a cultural event such as movie screening or authers coming to talk about their book.
