Chopin

2 stars for this shop although the dresses and the prizes are alright. You can find «Chopin» in different areas in Rome, this shop sells primarily dresses in classic style for women of middle age.
The shop windows are decorated in nice way and sometimes there are also dresses for younger costumers. The quality of the clothes is middle-​rate.
Nevertheless a shop can be only recommended if also the staff is capable for its work. Unfortunately in this «Chopin» store the staff knows nothing about how to make a customer feel comfortable, more the opposite.
One time I decided to buy an elegant evening dress in this shop. The shop assistant tried to force me to additionally buy a jacket that goes with my dress, the same did her colleague. I wasn’t interested, as it wasn’t my taste, so I refused in polite way. Whereas the assistant only started to be angry and tried in strong way to make me feel guilty about not taking it.
In my mind this is very unprofessional — maybe not the right job?
