Not the place for tourists. This farm to table restaurant sounded like a great idea. I was very disappointed by my experience here. Food: The food was edible, but as a tourist I wanted more than edible. The roasted buffalo was very fatty and not as tender as I thought it would be for being roasted for 12 hrs. The goji pasta was tasty but plain. Maybe it was my fault for ordering a burger in Italy, but it did not taste like a $ 9 burger. Service: terrible. They were super inattentive and looked like they did not enjoy working there. They did not being olive oil and vinegar. They did not bring bread plates. Walked away when we did not give them permission to while ordering our food. ANDTHEYCHARGEDUS A SERVICIOFEE of $ 2/person for their poor service. No tip for you.

I’m a huge fan of caprese especially with buffala mozzarella or burrata so I was intrigued by this place just down the street from our apartment. The décor is very modern with the living wall and minimalist design. We ordered the fried mozzarella balls and a plate of mixed meats and cheeses to start. The fried mozzarella was okay, but the roasted buffalo with the drizzle of orange marmalade was the highlight. Unfortunately being tourists we were still off on our meal times and came in around 5 or 6pm. We asked if they were open since this is far from dinner time in Italy and they said they were. The initial service for the antipasti was great, but during our meal the dinner staff clearly came in to start and our first server left. After that the servers seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves then serving us and I started to feel like we were a nuisance. We managed to order pasta and it was good. I know we were there at an odd time by Italian standards, but I was bummed by the second service staff.

Very good Roman delight that mixes modernity with tradition. The olive oil with limon is to die for – drink it up :)

A recommander !

What a great modern gem, truly farm to table as they source so much from the farm they own. Beautiful presentation, simple but complex flavors. The staff is wonderful, engaging. Reasonably priced.
