Best B&B Rome Pantheon

I couldn’t disagree more with the other review. I searched b&b’s online, to be there for one night.
The best pantheon had excellent reviews on other platforms like venere or trip advisor, so I chose it.
Then I read this review and got a bit scared.
Well, as I said, this other negative review really strikes me as odd. The staff was really friendly, and while their English isn’t the best, it is absolutely good enough to understand and to talk with. I mean, I speak Italian too, but I heard them talking with other guests.
The breakfast was incredibly good and we had not to pay any extra for it. In fact, they told us they don’t even have an optional better one, so there.
Internet connection was strong and good, at least in our room.
The noise was indeed present with open windows, but when closed the noise wasn’t audible in the slightest, another big worry after having read the other review.
Obviously noise in Rome isn’t surprising at all, but the windows were really thick.
It was way too hot outside to sleep with open windows anyway, ac is the way to go in the hot roman summers.
After having had a really nice stay, I had to ask about the other review to Francesca. She told me she remembers those guests really well, because they were really «rememberable and loud». If that isn’t polite for loonies then maybe I am not good at reading people: P
She told me they considered legal action against them, but decided to let go and move on. She knew about the bad review even tho it was on another portal. Apparently those other guests put the same exact review on as many platforms as possible.
To anyone insecure about this location after having read these 2 reviews here, I’d recommend to look this structure on other portals like trip advisor, where the bigger number of reviews reflects the true quality of the services provided.
