We enjoyed an amazing meal on the rooftop restaurant. We didn’t order from the menu. We just gave the head Chef the liberty to bring whatever he wanted and every dish was amazing. It was a 3 star Michelin experience but way more affordable. Amazing food. Wine and view.

Just ok, small rooms. Worst pillows I have ever had at ANY hotel. Some of the staff is not very enthusiastic. Not much English spoken here by the staff and they seem put off when you ask for any information. Breakfast was very nice, good service in the restaurant. Great location. Internet is a pain.

I stayed in the Bernini Bristol in 2006, prior to its remodeling, but I’m sure it’s only gotten better after that. We loved our stay. The service was top notch, the hotel was old but elegant and well-maintained. Best of all, you really can’t beat the location. The hotel is right across the street from the Barberini orange line A stop. It’s a short walk to Piazza Spagna, Piazza della Repubblica, Termini, and the Via del Corso, and an even shorter walk to the Trevi Fountain. Lots of celebrities and dignitaries stay here on their visit to Rome – when I lived in the city in 2010-11, Woody Allen basically set up camp here. Dan Brown’s novel Angels and Demons(a must-read before you visit Rome!) closes here(described as just the Hotel Bernini – and the hotel is also right around the corner from Santa Maria della Vittoria, a church also featured in the book that has a striking Bernini sculpture in an alcove). It’s a five minute walk down the street from the gorgeous US Embassy /Consulate if you lose your passport or have an emergency(something no one ever thinks of until they’re in that position!), and if you’re pining for American food you’re also a two minute walk from the Hard Rock Café on the famous Via Veneto. Bottom line, it’s expensive but I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Hotel Bernini Bristol is absolutely beautiful! This is a 5 star hotel with spacious rooms(hard to find in Rome), ornate décor and the most perfect location for shopping, transportation, meals and the most popular sites in Rome. The price is actually great considering the competition. Next time I come to Rome, this is definitely where I am going to stay.

Bernini Bistrol describes them selves with a 5*** DELUXE Hotel in Rome further: Built in the late 1800’s in a palace in the heart of Rome, and recently renovated, the hotel Bernini Bristol offers the glamour of a bygone era along with the most modern appurtenances and amenities. Its ample salons are enchanting with their period furnishings and tapestries, as are its rooms marked by a refined atmosphere and comfortable elegance. our experience has been different: — the bathtub is leaking — water was running trough the bathroom — the windows are very thin — you can here every single car. due to the heat, we had to run the air condition permanently on full speed — we couldn’t close the curtains fully(mechanics didn’t work) — TV reception was bad — they don’t give irons to their guest — they only offer it as a room service(12EUROS for ironing a shirt) — breakfast is 30EUR per Person
