We found this place on the walk back from the Trevi fountain. It was late in the evening and we were starving and wanted true Italian pasta on our first night in Rome. We are a family of 5 with teenagers and a toddler. We had no problem getting a seat outside. It was a little cramped and it was hot at the end of July but they had misters to help cool us down. The staff was very friendly and gave us complementary limoncello. They also made a special fettuccine alfredo for our toddler even though it was not on the menu. Incredibly accommodating staff and we had a fun time. I still dream about the lasagna and the 4 cheese gnocchi. Next time we are in the neighborhood there is no doubt we will be back.

Came here after visiting the Trevi fountain and told the host we only wanted drinks. We were seated and when taking out order the waiter was visually pissed off to hear we were not eating. The service continued to be rude and surly. The table next to us had their order changed without being consulted. There are better places.

I went to Rome alone on a weekend trip(studying in Holland) and was very excited to find this gem of a place. On my first night, I had to wait about two hours to get into my Bed and Breakfast room, and the staff at Centralissimo were kind enough to take me under their wing. I was treated like an old friend by the chefs, who were so kind to a 21 year old traveling alone. Not only did they inform me with«through the back door» like advice on Rome, but they truly made me feel like family. I love these people and cannot wait to go back. Not to mention, the food is delicious! I did not have better service in Rome than this gem by the Trevi Fountain. I went there for morning espresso, lunch, and a spectacular dinner. The staff and owner made it feel like I was walking into my home. Plenty of places will offer deals and loud«pizza for two» promotions to lure in travelers, but few can offer such an exquisite service and culinary treats(especially so close to the touristy areas) as this place. I truly made excellent friends(Shout out to my chef friends!!!) and cannot wait to return. I know they will have hugs and a great bottle of wine waiting for me. Molto Bene!

Great spot adjacent to the Trevi Fountain. The food and the staff are great! Order the ravioli and you won’t be disapointed. The wine selection is lovely and desserts are a yummy touch. The outside dining area is slightly cramped but comfortable and a wonderful spot to rest your feet and enjoy a fine meal. *Free WIFI!
