What a discovery! When in Rome do as Newyorkers do! Lovely loft in the heart of Trastevere, just opened. A fusion of taste and design. Full service restaurant and cocktail wine bar. Chef Davide embraces the best combination between visual art and culinary. For an art gallery/​restaurant, it’s a MUST! Try the delicious carpacci, both meat and fish, and the chocolate tortino for dessert. If in Rome, start from Aperitivo alla milanese and let Danilo the Barman take care of your time at Raffaello. The upstairs privè lounge is a must see. So are the staff girls:) Extensive wine list, moderate pricing, compared with the set-​up. Always open.
