Came here as per suggestion of our hotel concierge which was appreciated. Location was convenient and in a good area. We were not super hungry and decided to share a pizza. Of the three pizzas we tried in Italy, this was the best, because the crust was crunchy. The other two pizzas at other restaurants had soggy crusts with toppings that slide off. I feel like I need to YouTube how to eat Italian pizza, because I end up having pieces of meat hanging from my teeth, because the meat pieces are so wide and hard to cut with my incisors. The pizza sauce wasn’t amazing; it lacked spices. The one at Expo had good sauce. As we only had two days in Italy, I was a little sad that I haven’t had anything that wowed me. The pistachio ice cream with truffle center was pretty good. Service was good and friendly.

My husband and I stopped in here for a light lunch and shared a pizza that was fabulous. It ended up being the best pizza during our trip to Italy. Note that they give a 10% discount to B & B and hotel guests if you have their card. This is a definite place to try — we wish we had time to eat there again while we were in Rome. They specialize in typical Roman cuisine.
