With the subway nearby at Piazza Bologna, there’s really no difference between staying around here or closer to central Rome. The plus side to staying here is that it’s more reseidential, which means fewer tourists, which means less beggers and annoying people trying to sell you junk. Francesco was a delight, just a very sweet man who is more than willing to help with any questions, though knowing some Italian will be most helpful. The room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony to get some fresh air. Breakfast foods were ready to eat pastries and cereal if desired with coffee, tea and juices. The pricing is very reasonable and there is an elevator, which is nice after all the walking we did and you will likely do in Rome. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

What can we say! This place was awesome! Francesco was wonderful. The room was exactly like the pics, and the bathroom was actually a lot bigger than expected. We had the pink room, which also had a small balcony with a cute table and two chairs. It’s located in a very nice residential area of Rome, right between Piazza Bologna and Stazione Tiburtina, which is where we caught our bus to Siena! So convenient. Francesco recommended a wonderful restaurant called De Enrico, which was really wonderful! Can’t say enough about our stay here! Just fantastic!
