Let me start this review by saying that I do NOT like aperitivo. Not a fan. If I’m going out for a meal, I like my own, large, hot dish, rather than something that has been out for a while. BUT Doppio Zero definitely has some of the best aperitivo I tried in Rome. The food was actual plates of pasta and risotto, rather than just cheese and crackers. There is lots of variety, but not a ton of vegetarian options. The pizza was just ok, but the pasta was fairly well made. The highlight of eating at Doppio Zero is definitely the drinks though. The drinks are fantastic. I recommend one of the flavored mojitos. I always got the mango mojito and I never looked back.

It’s one of the first bar I went for an apéritif, in Rome. It has many things to eat, from sweet to salty, and many kind of drinks. The space isn’t so big so I recommend to be a group of no more than 6 people. Friday and Saturday is harder to find a seat, like many others place in Rome :) It’s noisy and unfortunately the parking isn’t easy to find. The closer metro stop is Piramide, B line. At the end, I like it, also because is cheap: 10 € for one drink and infinite food(average quality), even if I have a small stomach so it doesn’t change so much for me: P
