Stayed in the Jammin Youth Hostel in June 2010, visited the beach every day as it was a short walk from the hostel. First impressions were very good, golden sand, blue sea, hazy sunshine. But on closer inspection I found nasty things floating in the water(don’t want to go into too much detail here) and a large number of dead jelly fish piled up by the life guards to rot at the end of the baking day, attracting flies. Hawkers trying to sell things to tourists. Not good, turned away and headed for the amusement arcades full of retro 80’s and 90’s games. Weather was changeable like the UK not like the Costa Del Sol, as I was used to. I don’t think I would go back again. Being charged four Euros to sit on a sun lounger when there is a free beach at the end near the harbour. Being manhandled off the beach while walking along minding my own business late at night after being told there was a private party. Stuff Rimini I would rather have Llandudno.
