Absolutely fantastic country restaurant. Actually it also serves as a grocery, but the true power lies in the few tables behind the main counter where all the magic is served. Local country food at reasonable prices. All ingredients are from the neighbouring fields, personnel is great and extremely kind. A place to go if in the area!

This little place is my fave for a quick lunch with a schiacciata wit bond of their delicious cold cuts of cheeses. Products of Beth high quality(that they make you pay for). The restaurant part is good, too — traditional Tuscan fare(that’s not cheap though, once again). The dessert is to die for! Definitely save room for a pear and chocolate cake or even their simple Apple pie, which is definitely worth every bite!

Waaaaaay amazing!!! The nice folks helped us three Americans navigate their menu(they have an English version in the back of the menu booklet). Amazing restaurant! EATHERE! Super local, recommended to my family by a local who knows her stuff. The waiters, although they didn’t know English very well, worked with us Americans and we had the most amazing meal. We started with a plate of pecorino cheeses and a bowl of rustic and fresh asparagus soup. Wow. Then I had the best pasta dish of my life. A homemade fresh pasta with pesto, potatoes, and green beans. It was beyond amazing. My other companions had an onion souflee and the beautifully prepared house rabbit dish. To go along we had the house chianti. All in all fabulous, local, and well worth the trip.

This place gets 5 stars because it’s quaint, serves local peple as well as tourists and is authentically tuscan in cuisine. Flavors were great and the happy couople running the joint work hard. Service could be crisper but that’s part of the charm too… it’s just the two of them serving with more family in the back working the stove.
