Palazzo Avino

Every single detail at Palazzo Avino is 5+ stars. We recently traveled here for our honey room and received nothing short of five star luxury service. Words do not do the beauty of Palazzo Avino justice and the employees are so extremely nice we often wondered how in the world they found such top notch people. We traveled throughout the entire country on our two week honeymoon and we stayed a lot of placed. We were at Palazzo Avino 4 nights and we were literally sad the day we had to leave. We knew no where else would even come close to Palazzo Avino and we were so right. This place is STUNNING and Antonio at the front desk and the amazing lead servers were nothing short of spectacular, too. We WILL be back.

Melhor restaurante em que estive na Costa Amalfitana. E isso, porque passei pelo Caruso (hotel vizinho, também top), pelo Il San Pietro e pelo La Sponda, ambos festejados e premiados, lá de Positano. Ambiente acolhedor e romântico. Em plena segunda-​feira, música italiana ao vivo. Cardápio com opções variadas de massa e carnes. Carta de vinhos mais restrita do que os demais, seguindo o alto padrão, mas atende bem. Considerem a lagosta de primeiro prato e o pombo como principal. Pedi e não me arrependi. Minha esposa adorou a salada caprese de burrata que fizeram, pequena adaptação do menu. De sobremesa, esfera Zaphir. Peçam, sem medo ou dúvida. Era a preferida do mâitre. Feita à base de chocolate branco. Minha primeira avaliação 5 estrelas, e sou chato pra dar nota máxima! Entre este e o Caruso, Avino com certeza!

Very rarely would I consider giving 5 stars to a hotel or restaurant. Palazzo Avino is deserving of each and everyone. This is a property that accepts nothing less than exemplary service from staff; from the front desk and concierge to room service. Upon our arrival in July 2013, our room didnt have the view for which we had hoped. The front desk promptly escorted us to another room where we were happy and settled in. After changing we went to the bar for a cocktail where the bartender made one of the most intriguing Grey Goose martinis I have ever seen. The view from the bar was spectacular. We spent a full day at their «beach club» which is a property on the water with full service staff and a pool. There really is no beach but we didn’t care. The platforms with deck chairs go right down to the water where there is a dedicating swimming area. A full service restaurant is part of the beach club so plan a full day there. Reservations with the front desk are recommended the night before as a shuttle takes you from the Hotel to the Club. Ravello is a beautiful town not t be missed. I would heartily recommend it to anyone contemplating visiting there.

Simply amazing. Palazzo Avino is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited. The suites are first class and the service is amazing. The staff are there to assist and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat at Rosealines. The food is incredible. There are not enough good things I can say about Palazzo Avino.

Most amazing hotel experience ever! From view, to service, to design, restaurant, spa, beach club, bath products, this hotel was outstanding in every way. This is a must visit!!! Go for lunch if nothing else!!!
