Excelsior Palace Hotel

Cadre idyllique, accueil très bien, je né peux que recommander cet établissement, nous y reviendrons !
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux et riche en produits frais.

This fabulous hotel has a stunning view. Lobby and halls full of great paintings and art history. Rooms are comfy and service good. Restaurant and lounge with a stunning terrace view.

Gente, fui passar a primeira parte da minha lua de mel nesse hotel. Logo ao chegarmos fomos muito bem recebidos, o atendimento foi exemplar. Nos acompanharam até o quarto, que vista meu Deus, que vista.
Como nós estávamos em lua de mel, o hotel reservou um quarto com a melhor vista do local, parecia um quadro de tão lindo que era, olhar o mar azul da sacada ao acordar é incrível!!!
Dentro do quarto eles deixaram uma champanhe com duas taças e frutas com chocolate para brindarmos a chegada!!! Achei fofo.
O hotel fica próximo de tudo, dá para sair andando e conhecer toda a cidade e os restaurantes. O serviço de café da manhã e jantar foram ótimos. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, tem variedades de tudo que vc imaginar!!! O cardápio do jantar é bem sofisticado, sem contar que como eu já disse, a quantidade é bem generosa. O quarto era sempre bem arrumado, colocavam toalhas novas e garrafas de água (de graça) e a previsão do tempo. Um luxo só. Gostei bastante, voltarei lá com certeza. Recomendo

We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon, and had an incredible experience. The hotel is elegant and classic, and the view from our room was absolutely amazing. The hotel also has one of the most beautiful pools overlooking the ocean that I have ever seen. The only critique I have is the price of the food and drink. We paid about 25 Euro for a small meat and cheese plate at the casual bar (although I will say it was delicious). I thought the price of our room was very reasonable, given the incredible facilities and view.
Rapallo is a bit sleepy and the main harbor is mostly touristy restaurants, but it is a close shot to Cinque Terre and Portafino, which are both incredible.

Le hic ça a été le petit dej ou manquait le pain le beurre le thé. Un scandale qui n’a pas alerté le moins du monde.
La vue est magnifique. L’hôtel mérite ses étoiles mais devrait avoir un anglais de meilleur niveau. Point out ou mention, il né sait pas ce que cela veut dire! ???
