When we came into the restaurant, we noticed, that we where the only guests — so we had some doubts if it would be a good idea to eat here. Unfortunately we couldn’t find any alternatives in Pontedera, which lead us to the decision to be brave and eat here. As soon as the starters — it should have been a selection of typical italian ham and sausages — were served, we got absolutely sure, that it wasn’t a good idea to stay! Some slices of unappetizingly meat products on a greasy eighties-style plate… Unbelievable, but the main course was able to lower the level several steps! The meat was at least questionable when not mouldy, it’s presentation was just unloving, quick and dirty. Overall not the typical meal experience you would expect in Tuscany.
