The ambiance is quite modern and fancy. No music, bricks and wood, a nice canteen and a cheerful cook will welcome you in this small secret place. A very good mix of traditional dishes and drinks for a specialty menu that has always his roots in this region. That’s not a fusion restaurant, it’s a really traditional food restaurant with a touch of modernity. Slow food is the keyword. The restaurant is also a –locanda-, a lodging house upstairs will be a good solution after a gorgeous dinner. Prices are ok(between 10 and 16 euros per dish) and you don’t need to order a bottle of wine as long as they have quarters and halves of their local one. I suggest you to try the meaty plates, and ask for the desserts. :)
