When you are on the Corso Vannucci, the main pedestrian zone in Perugia, you will only see a small sign guiding you to La Feltrinelli, and it is quite a walk up a large staircase until you are in a different world:
A modern, very large and well structured bookstore. Of course 90% are italian books, but there is a huge section with english books, moderately priced, as well as french and german.
