This place is fabulous! I got the tip from a local friend who tells me that this is the best restauratant in Parma. Despite my high expectation, I must say I was not disappointed. The entrance with pastas, open kitchen and some prosciuto hanging already mouthwatered me. The starters are incredible products of the region(Eat the Culatello!), the primi piaci(Pastas) are house made and few fresh. You also have meat, chicken and fish, but I didn’t try. The local wine served is also pretty good(Get the Lambrusco!). The price for quality food you pay is really low, I spent about 25 € for a starter, pasta, wine and some dessert. I spent 2 nights in Parma and came twice for dinner here. It is a must stop!

One of the best places to have typical parmesan food in the city. We had a 25 € fixed menu with unlimited drinks(lambrusco and water). The appetizers were several dishes of torta fritta with prosciutto, salame, mortadella and pancetta. The main courses were 3: three different types of tortelli(actually we asked for just the herbs and ricotta ones, but I guess we’re picky eaters: P) which tased DELICIOUS, one type of pasta with a meat sauce and tagliatelle with cream and culatello strips… the tortelli and the tagliatelle were my personal favorites. I really recommend this place, everything was ridicoulously tasty and the staff was extremely nice

Urig eingerichtet, ein lauschiges Plätzchen, das uns von unserem einheimischen Gastgeber empfohlen wurde. Die Kellner waren schnell und freundlich, wir fragten danach, was der typische Italiener von seiner Mutter gekocht bekommen würde. Der Kellner verwies auf«Dreierlei Ravioli» und diese Wahl stellte sich als vorzüglich heraus! Der Teller sah erst etwas spärlich bestückt aus, machte aber pappsatt. Preislich allerdings nicht ganz so günstig…

Haben das Lokal über Qype gefunden. Sind dem Tipp gefolgt und haben Spätnachmittag reserviert. Haben Ortsüblich den weißen und den roten Sparkling Lambrusco bestellt. Der weiße war etwas süß der rote gut aber etwas zu warm. Haben als Vorspeise Parmesankäse und Parmaschinken mit dem frittierten Brot gegessen. War hervorragend. Als Hauptgericht hatten wir handgemachte Nudeln mit salsiccie. Ebenfalls ein Erlebnis, Dazu ein sehr gutes Preis– Leistungsverhältnis. Ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert.

If you are ever in Parma, you need to go here., If you are ever driving near Parma, get off the autostrade and check it out. You will of course order a antipasto that will include some prosciutto, some Mortadella, and some fried bread to put it on. You might also get a plate of Parmigiano-Reggiano. You might then move on to your primi. We had a meat filled tortellini dish and a gnocchi with a walnut Gorgonzola sauce. Both were very good. You might then try a secondi. We never made it that far: we were stuffed. I highly recommend this place.
