Yes this is a chain restaurant in a mall. However, this is real Napolitano pizza. Like virtually all pizza restaurants outside of the USA the pizza selection consists of a bunch of predetermined topping combinations. Like most pizza in Italy the crust is very thin, and the center is mighty squishy. Rossopomodoro gets points for being accessible; it’s open on Sundays, Mondays, and most holidays. Those of us who spend time in Italy know how difficult it can be for travelers to avoid starvation during these times of rest. All things considered Rossopomodoro is quite enjoyable, yet if one is in Parma when most restaurants are open there are many better meals to be had.
