High prices for mediocre food in a sterile atmosphere. The prices and the first look inside lets you expect a finer quality of food. I was disappointed. Once we entered it looked just like a cheap hotel breakfast room with linen cloths put over the tables. The buzzing of fridges and the big buffet station and the bright light did not help with the atmosphere. I had a bad feeling but we didn’t really have an option that night so we went in. The restaurant charges 2, — coperta per Person for service additional to the food prices, which I found reasonable and ok. The vegetable soup my son had was ok and«homey» but never worth 9 €. I ordered a burger for 12, — and what I got was one slice of baguette and a piece of meat a little bigger than my fist but quite flat(less than a finger), a little«splash» if ketchup on the plate and a few potatoes with rosmary. My son tasted it and said«it’s a bit juicier than McDonalds». That comparison should not even come up. It tasted quite cheap and remade. It was not bad by all means but not worth the money at all. As a desert I had the Panacotta with«wild berries» for 6,-. The cream was really good but the berry sauce was overly sweet and tasted chemical. The«wild berries» we’re cocktail cherries, way too sweet and fake tasting. The size of the desert was good value. If only the chef would have used real fruit! All in all it was not bad but for that price and in a 4 star hotel I just expect way more.
