This famous «Panino Clinic» operated by Dottore Walter has been around for more than 30 years and it’s a staple panini institution in Parma. For 3 – 5 Euros you’ll get a huge panino most girls can’t even finish the whole thing. Make sure you go there with an empty stomach, you’d been warned! Get one of the panini with the name that starts with «Super», they are the most popular ones. My «Superporchetta» was rich, meaty, and the bread was toasted just the right amount. Loved it!!!
