Nous sommes venus ici sur les recommandations du routard mais malheureusement ce n’était pas génial…
L’endroit est sympa, terrasse ombragée dans une rue peu passante, très agréable. Les serveurs plutôt à l’écoute et avenant, tout allait bien au début !
On nous a servi des antipasti certes mais ce n’étaient pas ceux commandés, idem pour le «poisson du jour», qui devait être de la morue, mon copain s’est retrouvé avec 4 micro sardines dans son assiette (pas mal hein, mais clairement pas ce qui avait été commandé…). Pour ma part j’avais commandé des pâtes qui étaient bonnes (mais pas folles).
Après les prix sont très très raisonnables mais pour né pas manger ce que l’on veut, ce n’est pas un si bon plan !

Auf Empfehlung unseres airbnb hosts waren wir hier. Wir waren kurz vor 8 da und das war auch unser Glück, denn bereits kurz nach acht war alles belegt und eine Warteschlange vor der Tür.
Das hatte auch einen guten Grund. Die pasta, war so reichhaltig, dass es keine secondi gebraucht hat und noch zudem super lecker und günstig (5 €)
Um uns herum wurde fast ausschließlich italienisch gesprochen, was ja Grundsätzlich ein gutes Zeichen ist. Nichtsdestotrotz haben alle angestellten sehr gutes englisch gesprochen.
Kurzum: sehr empfehlenswert

This place was amazing, arrived early to find it empty and in the process of preparing lunch. Came back 20 minutes later and there was hardly a seat to be had! Fresh honest food, great house wine, and out of this world canolli! fast no nonsense service. On our way out i managed to say a few words of thanks in Italian and the owner shake my hand and gave me a hug. Wow!

Ridiculously cheap and great food. How do they do it and why do they do it??? Kindly bought us an English menu. We had the sardine meatballs to start and grilled baby squid and stuffed red mullet with a side of grilled veggies. Add a carafe of wine and we were amazed at our 35 euro bill. Locals get in around 8.30 so 8 is a good time to turn up. Cash only.

The two of us went here for dinner on a Friday night. It was very busy, and the restaurant seemed to be understaffed. An English menu was available, which was good because the waiter did not take any time to help us order. The food was good — we had a primi, second and side dish each, although we were a little dismayed at the lack of vegetables that seems to be typical of Italian restaurants. With all the glorious vegetables in the markets here, they should be able to offer them in their restaurant dishes! All in all, tasty food, reasonable prices, but I would go earlier in the evening (6 or so) and earlier in the week.

Un petit restaurant sicilien typique. La déco et l’ambiance nous a plongé directement dans la culture sicilienne.
Les serveurs sont très agréables et vous conseillent dans le choix des plats. Pour tester un peu tous les antipasti, ils proposent un assortiment. J’ai vraiment adoré, tout était délicieux et très bien cuisiné. Les saveurs étaient à chaque fois parfaitement équilibrées.
Pour le plat, je n’ai pas été très inspiré et j’ai laissé le hasard choisir pour moi. Mauvais choix car c’était une viande assez grasse, bref tout ce que je n’aime pas.
Ils servent également les desserts traditionnels siciliens, mais je né me suis pas laissé tenté.
Pour résumer, c’est un restaurant assez réputé pour sa bonne cuisine. De nombreuses personnes faisaient la queue pour entrer. C’est un restaurant populaire et l’accueil est agréable. Je vous le conseille sans hésiter.

Almost perfect ! We were recommended by our sicilian friends and ordered four different spaghettis… fresh sea food and homemade excellent sauce were so impressive ! Must try in Palermo !

I have had the pleasure to eat at some of the best restaurants in the western hemisphere. I think I found my new favorite. Excellent favors, great wine selection, and awesome owner.

This is where real Palermo eats. Families with babies, young couples, groups. Fun and earthy. Inexpensive, flavorful. Fresh and authentic. Sardine meatballs awesome! Pasta with sepia the best ever! Grilled shrimp and meat fresh! Best cannoli and cassata in town. Not too sweet!!!

This is a hip place to eat. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun. It’s artsy and full of families eating together, everyone having a blast. Very inviting and unpretentious, only difficulty is that you might have to wait for a table because it is so popular.

Uno de los mejores sitios en relacion calidad-​precio en Palermo. Las pastas estan de muerte y los rollitos de carne aún más. Hacen uno de los mejores cannolos que he probado…
Sin duda, si estais de paso por Palermo y os gusta la comida italo-​siciliana es una visita obligada. Los precios son muy buenos.
El único problema son las colas para coger mesa… puedes estar hasta 2 horas esperando… La espera se hace mñas amena con una botella de vino blanco de por medio… :-)

Hier essen die Einheimischen. Sehr voll in der Mittagspause. Preiswert und gut.

The Nero di Seppia is probably the best i’ve ever had in my life!!! every time i walk by, day or night, the place is consistently packed. The food is cheap and yummy.
