This is well off the tourist map. A real locals restaurant serving simple yet tasty food quite some way removed from what a Brit might think of as typical Italian cuisine. Rustic in ambience and food. The service is first rate and they care about their food with a passion. Caution, there is horse meat on the menu which seemed to put some people off. but not me! But that is quite normal menu option for this region of Italy. A truly distinctive and amazing place and it is always busy which, given its out-of-the-way location, just about says it all. The wines are top notch as well.
