The place we wanted to go to was shut on Sunday, so we decided to take a chance in this one, which looked perfectly cozy and himself to us. And we did get lucky! Run by an elderly couple, it was just the place we were looking for. We shared a starter of grilled veggies, the best ever. Followed by a soup of legumes, then the best spaghetti putanesca and octopus with tomato, with some house wine and then dessert and grappa. The most perfect food ever, so much so that we went again for dinner on our last evening in Napoli! This fine we had veggies, octopus salad, spaghetti vongole and fried anchovies. Perfect again. Shame we are leaving but do want others to try this lovely home cooked food !
