I love this: great pizza. As soon the weather is good, you can sit outside on the Piazza San Paolo, which means no cars, the kids can run around while you eat… With the pizza I recommend the local beer La Birra del Carrobiolo brewed right behind the corner in an ancient convent situated on Piazza Carrobiolo. My favorite pizza is the Pizza Borgazzi with anchovy and pecorino cheese. Last night however I tested the one with Stracciatella Cheese, it’s a sort of fresh Mozzarella, recommended by the waiter. It was an excellent choice. Prater is preparing also other dishes than pizza. The meat is good, but I was very disappointed with the«primo» the first dish, usually it’s pasta. Very little portion and not so little price.
