Went there with couple of friends. Very dry welcome from the staff who squeezed us in the middle of two tables. the layout of the place is like a classroom. We ordered miso soup, edamame and ravioli as starters. Then sushi and sashimi and a plate of mixed raw fish. A bottle of white wine and sparkling water. We were served first the raw fish, then sushi and sashimi then the wine. The water and the starters never came. We asked twice for the miso soup and edamame, our waiter’s answer was: it did not came?! As if they are supposed to get to our table by themselves. We were hungry so we ate what we were served and called the manager to complain. The place was not busy, at the maximum it was 35% occupancy when we were there. The manager said: «sorry» and that’s it. One person ordered coffee then we asked for the bill. Of course, as expected, our starters were on that bill. So again we had to call the manager another time. There are much nicer Japanese food in Milan and this one is the least. It is overpriced and overrated. I won’t come back. It is very expensive without exquisite service and an ok food.
