Don’t waste your time on this one, unless you can take the heat in May-​October! The air conditioning cycles «off» in the morning and afternoon and there is NO notice of that when you check in (or we would not of stayed here). It’s 82 degrees Fahrenheit and in the room it’s 78 degrees! Sorry. That’s just unacceptable for a four star hotel!
I promise this is NOT a four star hotel. The staff is incredibly rude/​offensive and the rooms are «so-​so». The good thing we found was the shower head…
Would not recommend this to an enemy, much less a friend!

Burano glass everywhere! Chandaliers to resemble faberegè eggs so beautiful! The actual hotel is very modern and shiek! What blew me away was the elevators! They have world news projected right onto the glass as your traveling to your room how freakin cool is this! Talk about technology … wifi is fast and it’s also free. The American continental breakfast was good but repetitive sausages, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, cheeses and bread galore… It’s tiring after eating the same thing days in. 4 stars because the place is very nice all the comforts far from home minus the customer service
staff is either very rude or just not helpful at all! It must be a Venetian thing!
