My suggestion is to go somewhere else.
We went to Hertz on the recommendation of a local but I think it was because that was a company we would recognize. Long story short they tried to have us rent a vehicle that would not fit 2 people plus luggage let only 6. We ended up going to a local spot that provided us with 2 cars and was hassle free.

We rented two cars from this location. The ladies running the desk are very nice, but the location in general seems to be challenged. The time it takes to rent a car seemed to be 30 minutes to an hour for each car. One car was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The other car has brake problems.
