Best pizza we have ever had in our lives. All fresh ingredients and the best dough makes this pizza awesome.

Okay only because we were hungry and it was early(7:30 pm) and did not want to wait for another place to open. This is another restaurant in Sicily with a weird vibe lighting-wise. The fluorescent lights are too sterile — they may save money but why can’t they use the bulbs with coating that makes it feel like an incandescent bulb with warm light! The coperto(cover charge) was too much — 3 Euros — for the limited service(no offer of spicy oil or red pepper flakes) or if we liked our pizzas. The servers seemed distracted by the band setup for later and the fact that only one other table was filled and they had nothing to do but stand around and talk to each other. The pizza was undercooked by any standard — doughy and soft. Okay flavor but texture was not good. Perhaps it suffers from that classic — «We don’t work hard unless we are busy.» mentality so many servers have. If you do go, go much later — like 9 pm or later and you will probably get better service and pizza.
