Osteria 203 was delightful. The location is at the edge of the old town, on a busy street — inside was modern décor with tasteful art. The starter platter with seafood just kept coming with delectable surprises. Primo dishes were all with house made pastas in very creative servings. Squid ink pasta was remarkably delicious, and had 25 – 30 mussels included. Zucchini and mint crusted bass was great. Portions were enormous, and starter shared among 4 people plus primo/secondi was just too much. Quality far exceeded the price.

Fantastic restaurant just outside the city walls. Had a delicious squid ink pasta lightly tossed with olive oil, chock full of mussels and halved cherry tomoatoes. Warm, friendly service despite the heat of the day in Lecce. They also provide Salento wines – perfect for our dining(We had a Li Cuti Vendemmia 2014 that just complemented our meal). Definitely come for the delicious food and fantastic Salento wines.
