This hotel was a great value for money, located in an ideal location. Normally I might give a hotel like this 3-​stars. But they earned an extra star in my book due to outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us after accidentally messed up the booking and arrived a day late. The staff was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel if ever you visit Ischia.

Hotel was incredibly clean and new. Looks just like it’s pictures online. Staff was professional, helpful and friendly. They were patient with all of the thousands of questions we asked. If we missed breakfast (which was delish), they noticed and brought us food. They treated us like royalty. Great heated indoor pool and sauna. Perfect location for shopping, beaches and strolls. Got an incredible deal via expedia.
