Having spent three hours in the shop and spent around 900 euros, last Friday morning we joined the long wait at the check out. There was only one open and the woman looked close to tears, utterely exhausted, could hardly speak and was beyond customer care. we had the page to put through checvkout for a sink, which we then had to drive up the road to collect. We did this, only to be told that it was not on our receipt and we would have to go back, complain to customer services and come back, having gone through the long wait at checkout. We didnt have time to do this as we live nearly 3 hours away and had to get back to builders etc, I feel bad complaining aboutn the woman on the checkout, since it was obvious she was near breaking down but this really is unacceptable.
