Love! Their very modern with a New York feel. They use Ipads to select your wine, appetizers, and main course. It’s really cool because you can not only see what your dish looks like, but also what is in it and you can watch a video on how it is prepared. We chose the chef special for 45 euro a person. It came with a new glass of wine with every dish that they select. We had an appetizer, salad, fettuccine, lamb, and dessert that equals 5 glasses of wine all included. The food was great! They make their own pasta and you can tell, because it tastes homemade and fresh. The lamb was exquisite! You have to order it! The food does take a while, but that’s how you know their making it when it’s ordered and it’s a great place to socialize and drink as you eat and wait!

I’ve tried Touch twice and both times it’s been worth the trip. They are very techno-trendy with the iPad menu in Italian or English, but the waitstaff don’t use them as an excuse to ignore customers, but are instead quite attentive and happy to answer any questions. A small glass of prosecco and appetizer greets each diner, which is always a nice touch. Both times I had seafood dishes, the first time a homemade gnocchi with shrimp, while the second time I had the chef’s menu of 3 courses(antipasto, primo e dolce). Both meals were excellent and expertly prepared. This last time my antipasto turned out to be a ricotta stuffed zucchini flower with sautéed dateri tomatoes and 2 perfect scampi. The primo was a fresh tagliarini with calamari and more zucchini flowers while dessert was a pannacotta served on a biscotto with fresh cherries in a little vin santo with shreds of fresh mint was a great combination of favors and textures. As lovely to look at as to eat. I would have happily ordered all of these if they’d been on the menu — definitely a positive experience.

We went to this restaurant on my birthday and really liked it. The angle of this modern NYC type bistro in Firenze is the use of Ipad’s as an interactive menu. Each table gets their own to browse and then choose what to order. The food was of phenomenal quality. We happened to get the chef’s menu where they personalize a meal just for you, with Wine the price comes to about 30 euro a person. They gave us a glass of prosecco when we arrived and the antipasto was a beautiful stuffed zucchini flower with ricotta and fresh tomatoes & mint. The risotto with scamorza was really delicious and our tuna steak with a purée of peas tasted like real steak filet. Dessert has fresh plums(wild) with a nut gelato and chocolate and mint. All of the ingredients are of the freshest quality and the inside of the restaurant is very romantic yet cool. The wine we got with our meal was very good as well, a chardonnay from Tuscany. We had a great time and the people who work there are very nice. I would recommend for special occasions or a nice dinner out.
